Planning permission is dependent upon the size of the structure, during our first visit to your premises we will be able to inform you as to whether planning is required.

You can perform certain types of work without needing to apply for planning permission. These are called “permitted development rights”.

Of course! We can provide a full service from start to finish, not just do the build. It can be a daunting task dealing with Local Authorities so let SPD take that strain away from you.

Please see our ‘Pricing’ page for a good in depth view of our costing options based on a permitted development extension. However, as a general rule of thumb you can base an extension to cost from £ per square metre.

Following our initial visit to your home, a fully itemised breakdown of the work discussed will be provided to you along with the costs involved. All costs will be agreed by yourselves before any work takes place.
